Earning the trust of over one million patients and customers through the reinvention of digital health, Blue Cross of Idaho underwent a complete transformation. This project involved a comprehensive remapping of the entire customer journey, from prospective customer to patient. XD and engineering teams collaborated closely to design a seamless public site, integrating key experiences such as customer login, claim submission, and doctor search—enhancing both accessibility and user experience.
